A helpful guide to lose weight

Perhaps the most perplexing question mankind has ever encountered after “what’s the purpose of life” is “how to lose weight”. This is a never ending vicious cycle that effects more people than one can claim. It is something that is not only experienced by an average Joe, this is you, me and every other person on the planet earth. (thanks to its gravity, for people on moon, weight is not an issue).
