کھانے کے ساتھ یا ہیلتھ کیئر پروفیشنل کی ہدایت کے مطابق۔ روزانہ تجویز کردہ خوراک سے تجاوز نہ کریں۔
۔1 سال سے کم عمر بچوں کے لیے: استعمال کرنے سے پہلے ڈاکٹر سے مشورہ کریں۔

For above 12 years & adults: 1 teaspoon (5 mL) 3 times daily with meal or
as directed by the healthcare professional. Do not exceed the daily recommended dose.

For children under 1 year: Consult a physician before use.
