• It is packed with 100% natural and pure fish oil which is a rich source of Omega-3 fatty acids; DHA and EPA. These healthy fats contribute to maintain normal vision, stronger joints and promote healthy brain and heart functions.
• Omega-6 (Gamma Linolenic Acid) plays an important role in the maintenance of immune system and healthy skin. Omega-9 (Oleic Acid) supports healthy cardiovascular system and may also benefit overall health.
• Vitamin E is a fat-soluble vitamin, and a powerful antioxidant which helps to protect cells from oxidative damage, provide strong immune defense and also promote skin health.

I was suffering from headache and back pain bcz of tiredness we wake up earlier and our class end at 7:00 pm due to which i was facing some of the issue
