Me ne kbhi bhi is baat per trust nhi kia tha k supplements or tablets waki me skin or hairs ko improve kr sqti hen.
Hmaesha meri khala or ami ne bhi yahi kha k fruits khao, dodh piya kro skin per basan or lemon honey lgaaon.
